Finally, basketball. Its been some time since we had a go at the hoops, though it spanned just 30 minutes. The Dota game had taken up most of it. And, Benjamin, I can play, dammit. The most of Dota is just motherfuckingly simple that the only big disadvantage is the lack of knowledge of all the items.... Anyway, it tired me much and i only managed to wake up for tuition because my father did so.

Rappers now are becoming, "softer". By this i mean they don't rap that fast anymore, their voices are digitised, they rely more on electronics to make a song sound good and so on. A very good example is:


















Kid Cudi. His rapping isn't even rapping. It just soundslike he is talking, not shooting out poetic sentences, which he should have been. Unless he is really hypnotised by those sunglasses, there cant be another reason why his rapping sucks. Also, only the background music makes it less dull.






















So is Kanye West. The whole of his new album, if what i've heard is true, features his vocals almost entirely on some 808 tone correcting machine. While it may sound nice in the first few listens, it soon becomes tiring. Even before the digitising, his Stronger song isn't that nice at all. He shouldn't have won a grammy for that. His rapping is quite dull, but for some reason i don't find the likes of Eminem or Flo Rida a bore. It could be that Eminem has more aggresion and tone while Flo Rida sounds bloody fast. But Eminem is sort of the only rapper i haven't heard techno on. I guess this helps to keep the bore factor out.
